2018年5月17日，新欧洲轮胎标签法提案Tyre Labelling Regulation (TLR) COM(2018)296已经发布, 重要更新如下：

1、湿地测试方法将更新为ISO 23671:2015;

2标签增加雪地(UN R117 Annex 7)和冰地性能(ISO 19447)要求、标识，以及二维码帮助消费者通过网络获得详细信息;

New requirement for severe snow (UN R117 Annex 7) and ice grip performance (ISO 19447)QR codes added that give consumers electronic access to detailed information

3、标签等级重新划分，并且各等级上限值相比之前要求提高;

New RR & WG & Noise class, upper the label class

1、滚动阻力 / Rolling resistance

2、湿地抓着力 / Wet grip

4、市场抽查仍将继续;

5、要求轮胎标签性在欧盟产品数据库进行注册;

专家建议：轮胎实际性能必须和其显示的标签等级严格一致，应充分考虑批量生产的性能波动导致与标签等级不符的情况，制定经济、准确的标签抽样方法，选择轮胎花纹系列下具有代表性的多个轮胎规格进行测试以评估标签性能。
